I appreciated the hotel overall. The time I spent there was really really nice. The staff was affable, always on hand when needed. I took a double room with modern decor, comfy bed, for instance.

good location and affable staff were a definite plus. the room was bright and exceptionally nice, there were a flat-screen television and a huge window.

the staff was very very helpful, the room was tidy, everything was good. the location was favourable, only a short distance to a miniature golf course. plus it was within 20 minutes walking from the downtown. moreover, the hotel was close to a tram station.

I thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my very comfortable 1-night stay here. All the staff was amicable and fixed my issues. the setting was good, near a park with shops, and the city center, Alexanderplatz, and the M4 tram stop.

The modern triple room was well-organized. the hotel had an exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location very close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and cafes. We stayed for 2 nights here and loved the Pankow district.
